Refunds if an order is not fulfilled

Caption content rules
Captions are checked automatically before your balance is charged. A caption is rejected if it promotes OTP services or websites, SMS verification, virtual numbers, foreign phone numbers, or buying/selling/depositing Gmail accounts (except registered official Simuru resellers). Illegal content, online gambling, fraud and pornography are also prohibited.
